Here, you’ll learn practical ways to REDUCE, REUSE, and RECYCLE, while also exploring how to safely and effectively use essential oils in your everyday life. This space is designed for growth, knowledge, and purpose — for those who want to care for their bodies and the Earth.

Our Origins
Great things always begin small. My roots trace back to childhood days spent watching my mother and grandfather grow flourishing gardens that nourished our family. Even though allergies kept me from digging in the soil beside them, witnessing their shift toward a cleaner, plant-focused lifestyle in the late ’90s deeply shaped me. Instead of allowing my sensitivities to limit me, I leaned into curiosity—studying plants, oils, and their properties throughout my school years.
That curiosity became personal when my oldest son was diagnosed with asthma and severe allergies. Determined to support his wellness naturally, I turned to essential oils. Eucalyptus and peppermint became staples in our home, offering comforting respiratory support. Lavender became my ally during monthly cycles, and aloe proved to be a versatile essential—supporting everything from hair care to digestion and soothing sun-kissed skin. What began as research evolved into a lifelong passion for plant-based living.
Over the past decade, Dr. Pothead’s “head” for knowledge and love for “plants" (pot) — has continued to expand, blending education with hands-on experience.
P.O.T.H.E.A.D. represents Plants On Thoroughly Helping Earth And Demonstrating sustainability through reducing, reusing, and recycling. Being a “Pothead” goes far beyond common assumptions. It’s about embracing aromatherapy, honoring organic ingredients, and using plant-powered solutions to care for your body, beauty routine, household, and overall wellness — all while respecting the earth that provides them.
As written in Genesis 1:29, “Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree yielding seed; to you it shall be food.” This verse reflects the foundation of our belief: plants are a divine gift meant to nourish and sustain us.
