Our Origins

Everything amazing starts with a seed. I grew up watching my mother and grandfather cultivate vibrant gardens that fed our family. Though allergies kept me from being in the thick of it, their transition to healthier, plant-based living in the late 90s was eye-opening for me. I didn't let my allergies hold me back—I started researching plants and oils in school. When my oldest son was diagnosed with asthma and severe allergies, I experienced firsthand the power of essential oils like eucalyptus and peppermint. Lavender helped me during my menstrual cycle, and aloe became a go-to for hair care, digestion, and sunburn. My journey of discovery hasn’t stopped since.

Over the past decade, Dr. Pothead’s knowledge (head) and passion for plants (pot) have only grown.
